Cheryl helps women to get rid of the limiting beliefs that are holding them back from their fullest potential. She simultaneously replaces those debilitating ideas with empowering thoughts that align with their goals and visions of success. Whether these successes are rooted in the personal or professional space, Cheryl provides the tools you need to refocus your energies in a way that encourages exponential growth.
Her expertise extends far beyond her time in a corporate career. She - like many women - has been judged, sexualized, and overlooked because of her gender but that only motivated her to develop a deep passion for empowering others to thrive beyond these false barriers. She uses her own journey of hard knocks as an example of how it is not only possible but exhilarating to get back to loving yourself by dismantling your world so that you can build one that is healthy, vibrant, and fulfilling.
In addition to her work in the coaching space, she is also the President of the Board of Directors for Monica Place, an organization that supports pregnant and parenting young women between the ages of 12-24. Cheryl is passionate about supporting these young women because she was once one of them: a mom much younger than planned.
She can relate to the experience of trauma so young and how devastating the mental impacts can be. Not just from the external "judgements", but the internal dialogue we say to ourselves daily. Having done the hard work to become a thriver, not just a survivor, and navigating single parenting, Cheryl considers it to be an honour to help further the organization and show young women that you CAN be happy, successful, and love yourself again.
It should be no surprise then that life itself is a strong motivator for everything Cheryl strives for in this world. She truly appreciates every little miracle. She is forever grateful for her two awesome kids (Allie & Quentin) and the love of her life, Gordon. A dog lover, she has two 3yr old King Charles Cavaliers, one of whom (Fitz) is her "baby" and shadow - He follows her EVERYWHERE. She finds beauty in duality which is shown by her equal love for summer and winter. The flying snow excites her adventurous side - Snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and downhill skiing! However, during summer she can be found lounging on her inflatable flamingo in the pool.
